Guanghe AI Terms of Use
1. Parties and acceptance
1.1 These Terms are between you (“User”) and 上海安鹏庚科技有限公司 (“Company”) regarding Guanghe AI video generation services (guanghe.xin, the “Service”).
1.2 The Service is provided to customers who have signed a service contract with the Company (enterprises, institutions, and individual creators) and their authorized users. Users must be at least 18 years old. On first login you must confirm age and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy; records are retained as required by law.
1.3 There is no self-serve online registration; accounts are created and delivered after contracting.
2. Accounts
2.1 Accounts are issued under the service contract. Login is by email; the first login sets the password via email.
2.2 Keep credentials secure. Do not lend, transfer, or share accounts outside the contracted scope. Losses from poor credential care are borne by the User.
2.3 You may view profile and generation history in settings and request account deletion. After deletion, we delete or anonymize data as required, except logs that must be retained by law.
3. Service
3.1 From your shot descriptions (and optional scene references), the Service calls third-party registered large-model APIs to generate short video clips for preview and download.
3.2 The Service is API-call based; we do not train our own models. Upstream availability and quality depend on third parties; we use multi-upstream failover where practical.
3.3 We may adjust or upgrade features for operations and compliance.
4. Acceptable use
4.1 Inputs and use of outputs must comply with law. Prohibited content includes (non-exhaustively): threats to national security or unity; violence, pornography, gambling, or drugs; insults, defamation, or infringement of others’ rights; false information; and other illegal content.
4.2 Do not upload images containing real human faces. Face images are blocked. Do not use the Service for face-swap, face edit, voice clone, or deepfakes.
4.3 You must have lawful rights to uploaded references. Infringement from your uploads is your responsibility.
4.4 Do not scrape or script bulk calls, or evade rate limits and content review.
4.5 Breaches may result in blocking content, suspending or terminating service, banning accounts, retaining records, and reporting to authorities.
5. AI content labeling
5.1 All generated videos carry an on-screen “AI generated” watermark and implicit file-metadata marks.
5.2 You must not remove, cover, alter, forge, or hide these marks, or present generated content as real footage. When publishing, follow the destination platform’s AI-labeling rules.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Software, UI, prompt libraries, and related materials belong to the Company or respective owners.
6.2 Subject to these Terms and paid fees, you may use videos you generate for lawful business. Ownership and exercise of rights follow law and your service contract.
6.3 AI outputs may resemble others’ outputs; uniqueness is not guaranteed.
7. Usage and top-up
7.1 The Service is metered in credits. Balance and usage are visible in your account.
7.2 There is no in-product online payment. Credits are topped up under contract via corporate payment and manual credit; course and similar gifts may use redeem codes.
7.3 Credits for system-caused generation failures are auto-refunded.
8. Review and enforcement
8.1 Inputs and outputs are reviewed. Failed pre-checks are blocked; failed post-checks are not delivered; records are retained as required.
8.2 We provide reporting channels and will investigate complaints of illegal or infringing content.
9. Disclaimers and liability
9.1 Outputs are produced by AI from your inputs and do not represent the Company’s views. You decide fitness for purpose and are responsible for your use.
9.2 We are not liable for interruption or delay caused by force majeure, telecom failure, upstream outages or changes, or authority requirements, but will use reasonable efforts to restore service.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for the Service is limited to fees you actually paid for the disputed service.
10. Changes and termination
10.1 We may revise these Terms for law or operations; updates appear on this page with a new date. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
10.2 These Terms end when the service contract ends, the account is deleted, or you seriously breach these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
11.2 Disputes should be negotiated in good faith; failing that, either party may sue in a people’s court at 上海.
